Subject: Information about Muslim News in Rakhine State, Burma

Sir / Madam,

BMC (Burma Muslim Community) in Malaysia would like to submit a statement to respective agencies in Malaysia in order to highlight the current violent persecutions against Muslim minority in Myanmar (Burma) starting from Rakhine (Arakan) state.

The most responsible person behind the current crisis in Myanmar is believed to be former minister U Aung Thaung conspiring with current information minister U Kyaw San who is also a mastermind behind the scene. Myanmar Wiki leak also pointed out that 2002 May 30 Depayin (Daw Aung San Suu Kyi and NLD Party) massacre and 2010 bomb attack during Myanmar water festival are also linked to U Aung Thaung involvement in behind.

The current problems in Myanmar is known as becoming more towards genocide against Muslim minority which is planned and teamed up by U Aung Thaung, U Kyaw San, USDA members and Buddhist Arakanese group Rakhine Wuntanu Group (RWG), like the same way happened in previous military government.

To Malaysia government and all NGOs in Malaysia - 

People from Myanmar who are currently living in Malaysia are getting the real information from their parents and relatives living inside Myanmar that there are thousands of Muslim people are becoming homeless and being persecuted in the current situation. The true situation according to the people who contacted their relatives from Myanmar is that Arakanese extreme nationalist groups are teaming up with local riot police forces and burning down the Muslim houses in the region and shooting down the people who are running out from their burning homes and also dead bodies are cleared immediately after the killing in order to cover up the true event to the media.

Therefore, media news and coverage are quite different from what is really happening inside Myanmar. Myanmar Muslim people currently living in Malaysia are having a deep concern about the lives and safety of their parents, siblings and relatives who are facing great danger to their lives and becoming victims under the cruel persecution regarding to the race and religion. In the current problems in which Buddhist Arakanese majority teaming up with local authorities and eliminating the Muslim minority in Myanmar is obviously highlighting the fact that Buddhist Arakanese in Malaysia should no more be considered under any refugee grounds.
